Neg-Check Spot Of The Month!

Our first Neg-Check Spot Of The Month goes to Karen Carman. Karen verified a multiple choice question that asked which of three answers was not the name of a sister ship of the Titanic. The ‘Gigantic’ was the correct answer, but Karen spotted that one of Titanic’s sister ship had previously been called the Gigantic. Nice work!

This month also saw a special award going to Sharon Knight for her eagle-eyed checking of a picture in a question. Sharon spotted that the space craft in the picture was actually three spacecraft all joined together. Excellent!

Neg-Check Spot Of The Month is awarded every month, or thereabouts, to the Fact Controller who makes the best save when neg-checking a question. It’s meant as a bit of fun that will serve as a reminder to all our verifiers that neg-checking is vital.
